Buyer beware!!

I purchased a snow bib for $220 4 weeks ago today at West Portal Outfitters. I just went to return them because they were too big for my girlfriend. I was denied the return. The supervisor, Abby, went to look up the sale and then changed her mind right in front of me. She said they were not in pristine condition despite having never been used and still having all sales tags attached. BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE WITH SAME ISSUE WITH THIS BUSINESS!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! BEWARE AND AVOID!!!
