Able to speak to customer services to discuss certain aspects of the cover and after purchase to sort out a small adjustment to the policy. Attentive and helpful. Unless I missed something during online purchase I did not see a way to set a start date for the policy so the start date of the policy started at the day of online purchase. Able to sort by contacting customer services. Be aware that payment through PayPal did set up an annual recurring payment, but are able to deactivate it through the PayPal account set up during payment . The boiler cover only applies to gas boilers. I mention that since some parts of the UK are mostly on oil boilers.

I used Wintarsons for my Appliance insurance, i was unsure of the coverage levels and the process of making a claim, i called them and they walked me through the complete process.
They aren't just competitive and available for a response but extremely helpful in not overselling and giving you the right option

I had read about Wintarsons LTD. Everything I read about this company was positive. I decided to give them a ring. To my surprise I was greeted not by a robot. But a real live person. It was like turning back time by twenty years, The gentleman I spoke with actually cared about myself and my husband, no grabbing sales talk. BEN then explained how the
insurance for kitchen appliances worked. None of us want any of our appliances to go wrong, but hey ho, what peace of mind this company brings. Knowing they are covered. The premium we paid was very fair.
Seeing the reviews, if one needs to make a claim, all goes smoothly and appliance is happy again. If in any

Phenomenal service, very reliable
We have a lot of our kitchen goods insured with Wintarsons and recently our washing machine stopped working. Their friendly and helpful team had an engineer out very quickly, who managed to get our washer/dryer up and running again on the same day. Would defiantly recommend as they saved our day!

We have had a very positive start to our cover. The sign up procedure was made easy and the representative was very personable and arranged for a boiler service within the first two weeks. The boiler engineer was knowledgeable, professional and polite.
