Was 15 minutes late to an appointment in the Osterbro branch but the guy (think it was Chiki) was proper nice about it and sorted me out. Great trim and vibe, would recommend. 10/10.

Rushed service and underwhelming…

Rushed service and underwhelming results!
I booked a one-hour full service session but was finished in just 30 minutes in gammel kongevej The service felt rushed from start to finish. What really stood out was being asked if I wanted something that I had already paid for. Okay that was confusing and unprofessional.

As for the cut itself, it was average at best and definitely not something worth hyping. For this price range, you can easily get better service and results elsewhere.

A one-hour full service that feels rushed and is completed in 30 minutes is not acceptable, and it does not reflect the level of quality, attention to detail, or professionalism that Winston Studio aims to deliver. Being asked about services you had already paid for is understandably confusing and should not happen – we take this feedback very seriously.

We also regret that the result of your cut did not meet the standards you expected, especially considering the price range and the experience we strive to provide across all our studios.

Fresh

Winston Studio has an incredibly fresh vibe — from the clean, aesthetic design to the relaxed atmosphere. The place is super well cared for, with nice gadgets and even the chance to grab a Sprite or some water while you wait — such a cool touch. The haircut itself was top-tier: professional, precise, and with great attention to detail. Overall, an excellent experience in a truly stylish space.
