BEWARE!! I purchased a 20 dollar package and won 200 dollars when I went to redeem I was told there was a 12 hr aml security risk. Wait for the timer to finish and resubmit. I kept playing and got it up to 5000. Shortly after I was banned. Unable to redeem or anything with no support but an AI bot and it's extremely unhelpful . I'm beyond frustrated.

account restriction unable to redeem winnings
I’m currently a member of the winspree.game website. I deposited several hundred dollars. Now my account is restricted and I can’t redeem my winnings. It says I’m under compliance review but they can’t tell me what I need to do or when it will reviewed or cleared.
I just want my money!
Update: They do not respond to emails. The support service is just an AI chatbot. They cannot provide a timeline for anything. They told me I could appeal my restriction in three days. Today there’s no appeal process per the AI support bot. They lie every day. They change their story to fit their narrative.
I have contacted my bank and will be filing a chargeback on all transactions. They took my money and ran. They’re a scam.

BEWARE THIS Place is a total SCAM i tried to verify like i normally do before I bought a package but it wouldn't let me until I tried to make a redemption and they use SumSub KYC for verification I've used SumSub countless times on other Gambling sites and never a issue even on SumSub website it has all my information as verified bit for some reason this site refuses to verify me and won't refund my $65 for the packages I bought or pay my $100 redemption.
