I received my airbrush but not the 60 extra markers I ordered. So far I have a airbrush without markers.

Was taught that if you have nothing good to say don’t say anything at all.

Wasn't sure if it would do what I needed it for. Works good but still not the same as an actual airbrush.

The airbrush with marker gave a translucent color. Was not the best for models made of plastic. Maybe another medium would give better results. Definitely a learning curve to build up color.

I bought a bundle package that were essentially two parts. They set one part but did not make clear they were seninding them separately. I complained and have yet to receive the other part of my package and I am out $80. No clear communication, horrible customer service.

I ordered the airbrush set with 120 Markers. I got the airbrush but not the Markers. I've sent 3 emails and someone responded with a tracking number that doesn't work. And on top of that, there's a message that say my order cannot be found. My order number is winsons-1706. I want what I paid for or send me a refund.

dont trust this company
they steal your money and give a fake tracking number... pretty shameful for stealing from people

but i will get my money back as im showing them allllll the emails about the scam.....

make sure you write to them often for proof.....

No response for tracking from purchase and nonresponsive after mail carrier misdelivered,still waiting in my 36marker package.

I paid for 24 marker set and only got 5 markers

You sent me the wrong product and I’ve been trying to get a hold of you ever since. I’m contacting my credit card company today to get a refund. After contacting my credit card company the second half of my order arrived correcting the purchase. Still have not heard directly from the company. Don't expect to get a response from them about any issues.

I normally don’t provide reviews but felt this situation warrants one. When I placed the order I was advised that products might ship separately. I did receive one package but the second one has yet to be sent. Checking the tracking details provides nothing. I sent them an email to inquire about the status and they responded with the 2 tracking numbers, one of which I have already received and the second for which I’m still waiting for, provides no update what so ever. They have to know the status and should provide me with an update. It’s taking way too long to receive the second part of the order.

I order the larger paint and all I got is 3 of the same small sets I want the larger with more colors way did I get 3 small sets with the same colors.0

The spray gun works, just like you said, except that that it sprays upward slightly, not straight ahead. Otherwise it works just fine. I do have a difficulty with charging it because the only USB port that I have is on my computer and that seems to be pretty slow.

It looks like it will work for the things that I got it for. Have not got to use it yet I think it will work real good.

I feel that the packing could have been a lot more sturdy . My package was just the outer cardboard box with no padding wrapped around the plastic jars. One jar was broken and the slime had oozed all over the inside of the box. I will not buy again.

Two of the three containers arrived broken and the wrong charms were included.

Horrible customer service slime was horrible I got the wrong slime ordered Easter bundle my kids were excited when is arrived it was a hard Christmas ball the exploded in the box and the 2 that were correct crumbled apart like dirt. I offered to return them they refused and said they would refund 40% instead of return so closed PayPal case against them and the never refunded 40% so almost 50 dollars down the drain on garbage DO NOT BUY if something goes wrong the will not rectify oh and they do not have a scent to them one of mine didn’t even have label on the jar or charms.So I spent 59 dollars to put in trash. There are much better slime companies out there I buy slime all the time and this is worst company I’ve ever bought from!
