Win Shark sent me an email saying my verification was approved and the funds were transferred to my account. There has been no payment received from Winshark and they can not provide proof of payment. I would email regarding that. there hasn’t been no deposit from Winshark into my bank account and was told to wait a few extra days. It’s been a well over two weeks now and now they have a new excuse. WinShark has now sent me the same request for bank statements saying they need a copy of last 2 weeks so they trace the payment, which in fact my bank told me that they do not n need my bank statement as that will not help anything. If they had made a payment they would have a reference number or a receipt number and they say it’s just one of their delayed tactics. My bank also advise me not to handover my personal statement as this has nothing to do with making a transfer into an account as you can't track transfers with a bank statements.
They have not provided a transaction ID, reference number, receipt, or any confirmation from their payment provider.
My bank cannot trace a payment without sender information, which WinShark will not provide. Instead, they keep repeating the same request in different wording, which is not standard procedure and appears to be a stalling tactic.
I will continue updating this review as the situation progresses.
