I am an idiot. They are thiefs.
My experience has been catastrophic.
1) We work on a $2k UGC project where they delivered the creatives 60 days after the date they promised.
2) I liked the creatives, so we started a second project for $2.5k. Then they literally ghosted me. Never delivered anything. They don't reply to my messages. And this is 6 months ago. Still no communication from them. The sad part: I paid the $2.5k upfront.
In retrospect, the red flags for the first project should have stopped me. I am an idiot. They are thiefs.
And to close the loop the UGC creative did not perform at all. None of them. They did not promise any performance, but they make it sounds like their ads are 'currently outperforming' everything they have seen.
