This goes to one of my worst casino sites list. Tried it because of the good reviews from other gambling sites, but was disappointed in the end.
Website was so slow and unplayable, many games just show as blank and there was no "play " icon visible.

Fast deposit, good support and easy to complete kyc. The withdraw was a little bit slow but the money arrived. 1minus because you need to wager 3x your deposited money.

Very poor customer service and while they will tell you that their online slots are generated randomly etc, you will soon realize that the return is terrible, regardless of what game you play. Bonuses reset all by themselves, so when you think you are about to get bonus, it resets. It's not a trustworthy place.

I did deposit with my visa and got failed , I tried my mastercard again failed , then I tried send crypto and till this time I am writing this review been 9 hours and still didn't reflect in my balance !!!!
And I contacted them time by time and the only answer I got :

So, first thing first:
2 stars only for website look and diamond gathering witch you can change for bonus money.

Now the issue:
I played there maybe a month deposited 1860e and my witdhrawal was 22000e. An then they started prolonge it. You can witdhraw 1000 a day. Thats okay. First 1000 came in day after, second too. then they wrote me a email, that my gameplay is in investigation and it will take 14 days. (they thought I was going to play, but my girlfriend change the password :)) So after that 14 days of "reviewing" another 1000 came. Then every 1000 took 2 days, later 3 days. it took almost 2,5 month to witdhraw this money, but they all came.
Support will do nothing for you in this situation, they only says that "write a email to financial" - OK - i wrote email to financial about higher limits, status of my witdhrawal many times - nobody respond.

Then i came back and i wanted to deposit some € with bonus and i found out that i dont have bonus to claim(i had emails with many bonuses). So i wrote to support and they told me that i used many bonuses and I am not entitled to any bonus :D that was fun from the support. (i used bonus code maybe 2-3 times)

Was invited to register in this casino by greek casino streamer. Wanted to deposit and claim first bonus but in order to to get working account you need to pass verification. I tried to open verification in PC computer but their system not allowed to upload my document files I hold in PC instead they want to scan documents with camera which my PC not has and I am not sure if I had it worked as how will you scan your big utility bill document with small camera? In that case I will not be able to play because you force me to have a special device and I am happy with the current device I use but it has no such options to work with your verification. So chat support gave false information I can verify account sending my document to email and now they have my document copies I sent from email. And they force me to have specific devices to pass verification like IOS or android device but even if you buy this device you will not be sure if it will work as they not provide list of devices which work with their automatic verification as those devices use different IOS and android versions. Not looking professional and quality casino I not recommend trying registering here.
