Chinese with with added stress
I phoned my order through at 7.10pm, was told it would be ready to collect at 7.50.
Arrived at 7.50, paid then sat down as it wasn't ready. At 8 o'clock I asked when it would be ready and was told 10 minutes.
This isn't the end of the world, but it's the way the 12-year-old p***k delivers this information that really grinds my gears. No, sorry, just that's how it is, dispute phoning my order through in advance.
People come and go. One guy, orders as he comes in, is told it will be 15 minutes and is served before me. At 10 past 8, I ask again and tell them it's now an hour since I ordered by phone.
He goes into the kitchen and explains to the woman running the kitchen. She peeks at me through the glass panel in the door, and then 5 seconds later my order is ready.
I get home and whatever she threw in a box to 'complete my order' wasn't what we'd asked for. I called up and the surly 12-year-old answered. I explained that we'd got the wrong order and that I'd be back later to collect a refund for the incorrect item. At this, he was rude and unapologetic.
The children this place is employing are letting it down. They don't know what they're doing and have obviously had no training. Worse than this though is that they think they're great and are being rude and frankly like stroppy teenagers and are annoying regular customers. While I was in the building they had 5 people being told that hadn't paid when they had, the (even younger) child responsible for operating the card machine had absolutely no idea. It was a complete farce. We have been ordering £50 a week of food from this place for months, but I'm not going to put up with this utterly s**t service.
