Rob’s communication skills were excellent! He made everything entertaining and easy to understand, and the pacing was well balanced with the right amount of breaks throughout. The staff were also very friendly and approachable.
For me, these sessions showed a genuine and believable way to improve your life in a meaningful way.

Refused cancellation before course start date

I enrolled in an online course on October 24, 2025, which was scheduled to begin in January 2026.

On December 30, 2025, well before the course start date, I submitted a formal cancellation request and asked for a refund. At that time, no services had been provided, and I did not access or participate in any part of the course.

During the introductory session, it was clearly communicated that I would be able to cancel before the course start date. However, after I submitted my cancellation, the company refused and instead relied on a 14-day cancellation policy that was not clearly disclosed or brought to my attention at the time of purchase.

Instead of honoring the cancellation, they offered to reschedule the course, which I did not accept. My request was to cancel entirely, not to move to another date.

As a result, they are retaining payment for a service that was canceled before it began and never delivered.

After researching further, I noticed that other customers have reported similar experiences regarding cancellation issues, refund difficulties, and lack of clear communication.

My experience raises serious concerns about transparency and how cancellation terms are presented and enforced.

I recommend that potential customers carefully review all terms and ensure they are clearly disclosed before making a payment.

The course was a wonderful experience thanks to the entire team. I learned so much because they were incredibly helpful and patient, adapting their vast knowledge and experience to my beginner level. They made me feel comfortable in a learning environment like trading, which isn't always easy, and that meant a lot. I now have a newfound confidence that comes from trusting a solid strategy.
This course is amazing—the best investment if you are new to trading. I loved the team's energy; they clearly love what they do. I truly enjoyed it!

I think it’s great for someone who has any interest in learning trading. It’s a great foundation and I think enough to also use the knowledge to build the skill. You obviously know how to teach.

The course was so detailed and deep that a novice like myself could understand the fundamentals and application. Guy was really good at breaking down theory into bite-sized pieces and illustrating it with examples so it was easily assimilated. It was really helpful to see the live demo of trading, as it gave a better view of how the process of trading work

I like the information provided and that everything was covered, I also understand the different types of traders and the different types of strategies that are available to use. Thanks for giving me the knowledge that would allow me to build upon so I can be a successful trader.

I liked the step by step, pacing of the course and how it all built upon itself. It took away the mystery and complexity of the process of trading and investing; which I really appreciated greatly. They made it quite clear that if you put in the time, discipline, and consistency, you will learn not to fall prey to the pitfalls and wolves who capitalize on retail traders. I get the beginner started out easily and with a simple guide, and a more advanced investor can add these tools to the toolbox. It’s obvious you love what you do, which makes it exciting for us learning!

I have enjoyed the entire course. The psychology and trading were eye opening. It didn't occur to me to trade a personalized way. I like the pace of the course and how each section stood alone and laid the groundwork for the next it flows nicely. Seeing that if you follow a process and follow the rules that there is a greater probability of making a successful trade. I learned a lot. I don't feel as intimidated about investing. I would highly recommend it to people I know. The information is invaluable. All the instructors were amazing! Investing is your passion. I wish all of you great success!

What I liked the most about the course is the details of trading vision that Darren prepares us for success. The greatest benefit I got from being on the course is to find out what my trading DNA is. I highly recommend the course. It not only improves your trading knowledge but also helps you really understand the psychology in trading. I was glad that I made a right decision taking the course. It was fun and informative. Though it was a 4-day training, I was amazed by what Darren taught me in trading every single day. Therefore, I didn’t feel bored at all. Thank you!

I like how practical it is, how it gives a great overview of strategies and I feel I have a good understanding of the concepts. I can try investing without fear of not knowing what I’m doing. Do the course. Great sessions each day. Very well organised with lots of practical applications. Would absolutely recommend it.

I found the training to have excellent flow of material and was supplemented by pictorial demonstration of key concepts to make it clearer by explaining through drawings in a board. It instilled confidence in me that trading works provided a thorough preparation is done by first making appropriate analysis through charts. To those contemplating taking the program, I advise that should enroll right away as will not regret making such a turning point decision. One should have a good understanding of when/how to enter and exit a trade so gets to minimize losses. Kealeboga July 2025

Guy is really good at explaining everything, and at a good pace.
The content and the coaches are really great, and Guy is really good at creating a nice and relaxed athmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it!

What I liked most about the course was the Trader psychology and Archetypes. No one else really goes deep into this like this course. Simple, straightforward and jargon free. Easy to understand and implement. The trading psychology section is worth the fee alone. Really enjoying the course. Guy (our trading coach) has a real no nonsense and engaging style which is great for newbies to understand. He is also honest and talks about the pro's and con's of individual strategies.

I recently took a course on trading & I found it amazingly helpful & inspiring ~ I liked the fact that everything was broken down in small components & it was all explained in great detail with drawings ~ explanations ~ examples etc ~ Alex was a absolute pleasure to listen to~ it felt like I was actually in the classroom ~ My greatest benefit was learning & understanding more about how the markets actually work ~ also the possibilities are endless ~ the energy was amazing ~ everyone participated with questions & answers.
