I ordered the lemon pepper and mango habanero wings. The lemon pepper were salty and the habanero were so hot there was no mango taste whatsoever. While the portion of fries was generous, there were a lot of small pieces of potatoes that were trashed. This was my first Wingstop experience and I wasn't impressed.
Overcharged
Overcharged, would not give refund or replacement. Asked to talk to manager, they said no refunds even though the employee overcharged us.

Incident Description:
Both customers arrived and placed orders simultaneously. Paul confirmed dine-in while speaking with the cashier, Kimberly.
Carlos’ order was served before Paul’s, despite Paul ordering first.
While Carlos ate, Paul observed staff appearing inactive. Carlos commented that it looked like staff were doing nothing and said, “Where’s your food? Your food should’ve been out before mine.”
Paul stepped outside to his vehicle while waiting for his order.
Carlos called Paul to inform him that his order had finally arrived.
After receiving his food, Paul noticed his order was bagged for takeout. He thought the staff were insinuating that he needed to leave.
Carlos noted that the situation was very disrespectful, stating: “You ordered before I did, and I’m 3/4 done with my food.”
Paul did not trust the food or the staff after receiving his order.
Paul requested a refund and returned the unopened bag.
Staff were overheard laughing about the situation, speaking in Spanish and referencing a few words. The staff member did not realize that Paul speaks fluent Spanish, and that his mother is Hispanic (Mexican).
Customers’ backgrounds: Paul (African-American/Mexican), Carlos (Latino); all staff present were of Mexican descent.
Carlos observed subtle microaggressions during the interaction, which he recognized as inappropriate. This caused him emotional distress, as he felt terrible witnessing his friend experience this treatment.
Due to concerns about the safety and quality of the food, Paul and Carlos drove 8 miles to another Wingstop to have Paul’s order properly prepared.

Please don't waste your money. I ordered a Big Flavour burger with sweet potato fries. Burger was tiny & not big on flavour. Seems to be small burger & big portion of fries to maximise profit. There are plenty of other take aways that eclipse Wing Stop. Avoid at all costs

My first visit and my last. Norwich store is nicely designed and laid out, packaging looks cool and staff were very friendly. However, the chicken wings were dry, small and not whole wings. I cant eat packaging or customer service, and it appears i can barely eat their food. Very disappointed.

Soggy slimy chicken wings. What is worse is that I discovered afterwards it was slaughtered in line with halal religious slaughter. So animals suffers. First and last trip.
Waiting in line took nearly 2 hours
Waiting in line took nearly 2 hours, even though there were only about 10 people ahead of me. After each order was placed, they made everyone wait another 10–15 minutes before taking the next one, which was incredibly frustrating.
When I finally got my food, the chicken was cold and the tenders were dripping with grease—so oily that even the supposedly dry tenders were soaked. It felt rushed and poorly prepared.
I usually love Wingstop, but unfortunately this location gave me nothing but a negative experience.

Our order was supposed to be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. My husband is waiting inside for appx. 20 minutes. This is a new store in our area so we thought we would try it. It's the first time and definitely the LAST. I can't say anything about the food because we are still waiting to get it.
Canceled order and No Refund!
I canceled a pick up order that was meant for delivery on August 19. I'm owed a refund but never received one. I call corporate every week and the actual store and no one has helped me. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and now I guess I need to talk to my bank to see if they can help me. It shouldn't be this difficult getting a refund for food you didn't get/eat. I'm exhausted and frustrated dealing with this damn mess!

Very hungry we decided to stop by the Wingstop in Hiram Georgia. We ordered our food and were told that it would be done in 14 minutes. 34 minutes later we still were waiting on our food. After we received our food, we got all the way home and the wings were not marked to let us know which was which. This is important because one of them is extremely hot and the other one was mild. The fries tasted like burnt oil and looked as if they had already been cooked and then put back into the grease to be warmed. Needless to say they were so crispy you couldn’t even bite into them hardly. But the only thing that we can say we enjoyed was the soda. As much as we paid for this, we should never have received our food in this condition. It was totally surprising for Wingstop.

We ordered a meal for two. We received the meal and there were no fries in the order, AND the wings and tenders were cold. I called and spoke with Madi, the manager. She was more concerned that I said the wings were cold, and not the fact we had not received part our order. My husband is on the way to pick up the rest of our order. First and last time for this family!!
