Love the Atmosphere and food , good selection flavours among them Spicy Korean Q is my favourite

Walked to wingstop in South Kensington. I wa told they were not taking any orders by a woman who was barely understandable. Allowed me to wait in a queue for at 5 minutes before being turned away. So my review is don't bother Customer service is shocking, and can't supply the product..

Absolutely great service, the parents very friendly and the food is excellent. I will be back more regularly.

Queued up at midday to find only one server, who most probably couldn't have gone any slower if she tried. After 10 minutes and a rapidly growing queue, there was still only one server still dealing with the same customer. So I gave up. Congratulations Wingstop this is a customer you'll never see again!

My first visit to Wing Stop but all the different options were explained patiently by Anthony who served us.
I had the chicken burger with Hawaiian sauce dill pickle and slaw with a side of blue cheese dressing and enjoyed every mouthful. The meat was succulent and moist and the accompaniments were so packed full of taste. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again as soon as I can. This was the Chelmsford branch.

The food was amazing. Our server Hana was impeccable with great service and amazing attentiveness to our individual needs. Will definitely be going again!

Long queues, only one till is working. Been told there is a queue for 10-15 minutes, took 40 minutes to arrive. Not a great service, wouldn’t recommend at all.

Not that great. Was slow with bringing out food.

Bonesless chicken is just small chicken nuggets at equivalent to £1 each.

Cheese fries. Nothing special frozen chips. Cheese only on the top so basic fries after you have eaten the top layer.

Would i recommend or go again?

I ordered on the Sunday 13th and just when I was looking forward to my evening munch , I my ranch dressing there is a strand of hair - I do have the evidence as immediately took a phot of my shock

Don’t get me wrong Wing Stop is superb BUT that killed the evening and then I spoke to Deliveroo and they told me to write a review so here it is

Beckton wingstop is absolutely amazing, we ordered food and everything came very fast. They had missed out on 1 of our fries and they even gave us 2 to reimburse us.
We ordered a kids meal for our 2 year old brother and ordered the “sweet bbq” it was to hot for him they gave us plain boneless chicken strips for free as it was too spicy for him. This is an amazing spot! The staff were extremely friendly.

Staff were rude, I ordered chicken tenders in bbq sauce and chips, which comes with a dip on the side.
My friend wanted tenders but not coated in a sauce, to have her dip on the side. She was rudely told no we can’t do that, we can’t give out dips on the side as it’s against company policy. They confirmed she could have her chicken plain but they couldn’t give her a dip? When mine arrived it come with a dip on the side? So what the manager was trying to say made no sense. I tried to explain this to the boy that served me, to which he was stumped and couldn’t answer me. The best reason he could come up with, was that they were busy, and we walked off with very little care. My friend sitting there with no meal. Just lost a customer and an order due to sheer barbaric “policies”. When mine arrived, it wasn’t overly hot and all of my chips were dark, where they had been fried more than once. After that, I wouldn’t be returning anytime soon.
Server coughing and spluttering, jumping between serving customers/ handling money, then cooking and bagging food. No one was wearing gloves. Won’t be coming back.

Wayyyyy over-priced, okay taste, sloooow delivery in paperbags, food received lukewarm and tasteless. Money wasted.

Ordered from wing stop today, I watched my food being given to another table, after a few minutes the lady told staff and they took the food away, they took it back to kitchen for a few minutes then brought it over to me, chips where cold, hardly anyone in shop, so they wasn’t busy, i has to tell the staff chips cold
Ordered from deliverroo same eve for my teenagers delivery arrived from same restaurant in Southend, with no fries for both orders !! How difficult is it to get it right ?

I was excited when I found out wingstop is now in the UK. The food was nice but I won’t be rushing back. I tried wingstop for the first time in America and I preferred it there

We stopped here to grab lunch, good service and food.

Overpriced food, e.g. eight tiny pieces of chicken £9.45. Forced to have refillable drinks at £3.80 when all we wanted was two standard drinks. So two drinks, a few bits of chicken and one chips was nigh on £20! We won't be going back. Not a pleasant experience.

This is my experience at Birmingham Bullring Wingstop

1. They didn't change my order from wings to boneless just one minute after placing the order at the till even though that was an option on the menu and also my food had not even started being prepared yet (it would have been cheaper for me if they had done that and let me buy some extra wings to try separately) they just said "it wouldn't be beneficial" when I explained what I was planning to do.

2. The food was cold but I and my guest thought it was because they added cold barbecue sauce on the wings.

3. I was missing a nylon glove (they give them to keep your hands clean)

When I went to the counter to ask for one I was ignored for a long time, two female workers were looking at me way back from the back, they were laughing, I said "excuse me" but they just walked around the back corner and kept peeping to see if I had gone, eventually because a queue was building up another employee came and then passed me one glove when I asked for one.

4. After discovering the wings (by the way none of the 8 wings was the wignette part, they were all the drumette part of the wing) were cold, hard, and stale, I raised the issue with the staff. Only The wings from the whole order were replaced but they were just as bad as the first 8 ( since we visited just after opening hours, I suspect that the food we received may have been from the day before out of the fridge and warmed up (I am a professional Chef and have handled food for over 35 years)
I strongly believe this is the case based on the actual food we received.

I emailed the company at their contact email as they state that they value customers' feedback and to help them better the service,

Fifteen days have passed and I haven't had a reply, I doubt that I will ever receive one.

The staff at the restaurant had a big-headed attitude and seemed like they were there just to amuse themselves

They all seemed very unprofessional, IE the way they were just wondering around in the kitchen half-heartedly mixing wings in barbecue sauce (I saw this when I went to ask if it was normal for the wings to be cold)

There was no passion or effort to make fresh, good, tasty food.

The price is high for what you receive.

I won't ever bother going back.
