I had mixed feelings with WingsofLibertyClothing. While the quality of their items is commendable, delivery took over a month, which was frustrating. A sweater and jacket I bought fit well, but sizing can run big for some items. Customer service was very responsive, but shipping delays need improvement. Decent overall experience.

Hi Goncalo really sorry for the delay as boarders for some country's can be very difficult and customs take time to release items this isn't something we can speed up once we submit all the paperwork its just a case of waiting for them to release the package. This can be hours or a day in most places but some its a lot longer.

And really looking forward to receive my items. But unfortunately I still didn’t get my items. Roughly a month already since that time I purchased. Hope WingsofLiberty customer service can help me to reach out to the courier service. I believe the trouble is on Parcel2Go(courier agent). Moreover, Parcel2Go(courier) only deal with sender/seller. They don’t entertain queries from the recipient/receiver of the items/package.

Badly Fading Prints
I bought a tee and the print has faded after only a handful of wears to the point of it looking like I’ve had it for three years. The guys eventually got back to me, apologetically, but have ignored me since offering a replacement. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails but I’ve been ghosted. Ridiculous

After an item has been used and washed multiple time we can't be responsible for this as any number of harsh cleaning/product could have been used or done to the garment. To be fare I offered a gift card in the amount of the t-shirt and to ship the order for free. You didn't want to take this offer we really can't do better than I replacement item.

I placed an order online and received a wrong size jeans. Contacted this company two times via email and website question form. There are no reponses at all. Very unprofessional and time wasting.

Also the sweater + the essential hoodie fit me well, too. M is the right size for a 5’9 guy like me. Furthermore, the customer service is amazing. I’m living in Tokyo now, and I can confirm that it’s impeccable as japan-class level. I’ll definitely be back again in the future!
