A 100% Refreshing Change - Chinese Takeaway of Old
Ordered last night and have to say that the food and portions were:
Fresh
Hot
Tasty
The soups were absolutely amazing, indeed, it has been many years since I tasted a takeaway soup that was anything but gloop. Perfect consistency, full of flavour and yes, a big bag of prawn crackers (could have eaten more of both if honest).
Special fried rice portion more than enough for two people however there were literally two prawns??? Shame that curry sauce had to be purchased as a side but, genuinely nice.
Overall it was a reasonable price, certainly a lot cheaper and far higher quality than our usual (Panda - say no more).
Needless to say, this will be our regular provided that they are consistent and not a takeaway that impresses with first order (been there experienced that one).
