Wine order
I ordered the wine, and then learned it was not going to be delivered in the timeframe first mentioned, so I was concerned that it may be delivered when we weren't home. I called to change the shipment to a nearby CVS - which allows a five-day window for pick-up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, understanding and efficient and changed the delivery option in just a few seconds. Everything went off without a hitch!
