No dark mode
I often play at night and the bright white background is really harsh. More and more sites offer dark mode, but not this one. Ended up leaving just to save my eyes.

Live dealer lag fest
Tried the live roulette. Video kept freezing, dealer’s voice out of sync, bets sometimes not registering in time. I missed a winning number because of their lag. Support didn’t care at all.

Unclear max bet rule
Apparently there’s a maximum bet limit when you play with bonus, but it wasn’t obvious anywhere on the deposit page. I only found out when they voided my winnings for going over it.

Random login errors
Sometimes I log in fine, other times it says “wrong password” even though it’s saved in my manager. After a few tries it works again. Feels buggy.
