Excellent service 5*
After looking through such an impresssive selection of wines, I placed and order and received my wine which I must say, was absolutely delicious!
The delivery arrived earlier than expected which was excellent and not only this, when I opened the box, I was presented with a gift wrapped bottle and a thank you card! This put a smile on my face and I contacted the team directly to thank them for their highly professional service. I spoke with Amy in Customer Service who was extremely professional and valued my feedback. I intend on using this app regularly and have promoted it to my friends and family. Cheers :-)

Privacy is not a priority at Wineapp
When you request to have your account removed they keep you on a line and completely ignore your GDPR request. I’m in the mean time 2.5 month waiting to get my account removed from there service and still nothing happened. They only thing I hear every time is I will send your message to someone within the company...
Update 15-07-2020:
In reply to company comment, this is what I’ve been doing for the last 3 months. Amy forwarded the request about 3-4 times to other teams within Wineapp but nobody comes back to it. And just to be clear it is not just the mailing list. It is my whole account and all related information.
Update 08-08-2020:
Up until today the support team has still not replied nor solved my case.

I ordered a bottle of wine but I was slightly outside of the 1 hour delivery range, but it still arrived the next day, great packaging and I was really happy with the wine I got! Can’t recommend enough!

Quick and easy service with a vast selection of delicious fine wines, beers & more! Delivered in under 40 mins which is amazing!
If you're not too sure what kind of wine you like, the apps filter system allows you to narrow down your search by asking a few simple questions. If you're like me and not that clued up on wine this was a great touch. I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've picked so far.

Great Rosé variation!

I have a new favourite wine! Thank you WineApp 🍷
I had a really nice conversation with a girl called Yana when one of my favourite wines was out of stock. She called me and recommended an alternative, which at first I was sceptical about, but honestly it’s become my new favourite wine! My next order was 6 lots of that same bottle! They must have a few wine specialists as staff so I’d recommend anyone to take their advice if they need to change a bottle for you.

Great app
Had a wonderful experience using Wineapp after a friend let me know that I could use their referral code to get a £10 credit on the app. Since then I have made a couple orders during the lockdown and have not been disappointed. We did have a slight issue with the address for my delivery but the customer service team did their best to get this solved.
Keep up the good work.

Gave it a try a few months ago as I couldn't find Planeta Chardonnay in any of the supermarkets. It arrived within an hour, beautifully packaged! haven't bought wine from the supermarket since then. I love the huge selection on wineapp and they keep adding new wines!
