Don't be fooled. This site is a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! At first, they look somewhat legit but they suggest you download all these suspicious programs that are most likely malware.

-> malware threats
-> dangerous websites
-> poor PC performance
The program also frees up precious disk space and replaces damaged Windows files.

Probably a scam.
The site's name "WindowsReport" led me to believe that it's an affiliate of Microsoft. It isn't.
I downloaded this "Restoro" and almost installed it without checking.
I did check, however, and Malwarebytes detected it as a PUP.
I did some more research and deleted it.
This is highly suspicious, avoid it.
Restoro isn't free, even WindowsReport say that the free version only detects problems and you have to buy it to fix them, but they don't tell you that right away.
It's most likely a scam, you might get your PC broken.

File damage and malware
They tell you to hold your power button for 15 seconds. Oh yes, lets just not mention how this can cause extreme file damage and make you throw away your device! Plus, you literally download malware into software. Get a life and earn money from something legal you bitcoin-mining scammers.
