Received incorrect doors and a window measurement were wrong
I purchased two doors and eight windows. Unfortunately, I have issues with the doors and one of the three windows that are attached to each other. The door I received is not the one I ordered, and the manufacturer assembled the door backwards. I had them installed on 7/9 and I am currently waiting on the Ops manager to come out on 7/27 to address my concerns. I had informed the sales manager that day regarding the installation and my concerns. I am aware that there is a personnel issue at the Raleigh office because the sales person who sold me the job is no longer employed by the company. Additionally, they have appointed a new sales manager and an operations manager within a three-month period.

It was hard to get a hard date for the work to begin. We were delayed twice after we had removed our blinds and were ready for work to begin. Finally, I spoke to a gentleman named Chris who took responsibility to follow-up with us to let us know when to expect work to begin. On the day of the install the two me who came were on time and ready to get started right away. They did a great job.

Overall, everything was great! We love our new windows and the installers were excellent. There was a bit of a language barrier but it certainly wasn't a show stopper. I would definitely order more windows from this company. Their staff arrived early in the morning, completed the installed in a very timely manner and their clean up was phenomenal.

Three of my windows were not right at first but they fixed the issues and now I am 100% satisfied with them. The service was great. The installation crews were wonderful.

Window Replacement - A Good Experience
The salesperson, Eric Bennett, was easy to talk with and very helpful in assisting me in making decisions. He also was very easy to get in touch with if I had questions. The team who installed my windows yesterday were great they really stayed on task completed the job very quickly. I'm completely satisfied with the windows with the way they look and how easy it should be for me to clean them. And I like the idea of the screen built in as well as the mullions. So, I'm very happy I chose Window Nation
