Every person that came here .. sales, measure, install, were all great and professional. Installation was a breeze and 7 windows were installed, cleaned up, and trash taken, all in about 6 hours.

Had 7 windows installed. Installers arrived on time. Were very efficient in removal of old windows and installation of new ones. I was impressed with punctuality, efficiency and how clean they left my home afterwards. Finished work was beautiful.

Nothing has gone to plan
Nothing has gone to plan. The sales person told us our sliding door was standard size, but the installer informed us it is not so they will “make it work”. A lot of the wood around the windows is now chipped, cracked and missing large pieces. I have called at least 3 times to ask when they are going to install my screen door, and I still don’t have it, or even a firm answer, WEEKS later. I am tired of calling and chasing after them. Would not use again. The installers were kind and did the best they could with what they had to work with. The sales pitch was over 3 hours…

Frey New Window Installation
The crew showed up during time frame provided but had to request an additional three workers in order to complete the installation in one day. The workers covered up all furniture and stairs to minimize dust. There was some minor damage to drywall but the crew came back the next day to spackle and repair the walls

Great windows and doors
Great windows and doors, great communication, loved our quote/order process with Trevor. The install team was prompt and efficient.
The only ossue we had was the trim work didnt match our work order. It still looks great.
