Rescheduling
Moved everything in the house Sunday so they would have ease of access to the windows just to be told Monday morning 10 min after they were supposed to be here that they are rescheduling which was ok but after talking to the installer he said he knew of the reschedule that Friday before hand. So if they had told me that Friday I could have waited to move everything until the night before instead of having to sleep on the couch and having the house a mess for a week

Window measurements for 4 windows were mismatched. Not able to be installed with the other 12. Had to wait a month. Caused me to have to move heavy furniture again.

The installation was great. The guys who installed the windows were true professionals. The reason for 4 stars vice 5 was because the price changed twice. They tacked on a $500 install fee due to using scaffolding. Another added expense was because of the windows. It would have been great with original quote.

Every window needed to be adjusted after original install
The windows look nice and the vinyl does match my cherry trim stain on windows. The installers failed to properly adjust window sashes leaving gaps in all 5 windows. They came back and repaired them. The picture window has a scratch inside and the installers broke the replacement pane so they had to the original pane with the scratch back until another replacement pane available, The scheduler was nice as the installers,
