We were mislead in the sales presentation. First the pressure to make an immediate decision. Also the misleading sales presentation: the one finger window lift is not a real thing, we were told that a crew of window nation employees would be on a one day job, we got one ( very hard working) man and his sons that were not WN employees, he was a subcontractor, it was then a 2 day job. The home office and the sales rep, did not return our calls although the sales rep said he would be “our person” start to finish and follow up. Other than random surveys we have not heard from a person. Lastly we have some damage to our siding where a ladder, without the covered attachment , was put against the second story of our home. We would like to hear from WN regarding these issues.
Still waiting on sales manager to call me about setting up warranty.

We love the actual windows. The installers were professional and very maticulous in the installation process. We had an issue about the installation but one phone call to the office and we were able to work it out in a very calm and professional manner. However watch out for the salesman as for he is very deceptive is why only the 3 stars.

I was surprised to find out the company is no longer a family run Ohio business but bought by AEA investment company. Also, surprised to find out, “ Window Nation receives generally positive customer reviews across regions, with many praising professionalism, knowledge, and installation quality, while some report issues like window operation problems and warranty follow-up delays.” I believed it was a family run business using its own installers. If this is what you think after the in-home presentation then if these two points are important to you then be aware. My installers worked through rain on a hot day.i commend them for their tenacity. I am waiting for someone to return and fix a self-closing window, screen and fix a chalking issue next week. Nothing urgent. Envision windows and French doors look great.

Our new windows are beautiful, open and close so smoothly. The installers must have had difficulty removing the old windows in our living room because there were numerous gouges in the surrounding wood window frames. It took months for Window Nation to schedule time to look at the damage and repair it, but they did an excellent job of completing the repair.

I called Window Nation to get "an estimate" and advised the salesperson I was in the process of getting estimates and comparisons and that we would not be making a decision that evening. This estimate took over 2.5 hours from measuring.. showing their window brand ect and FINALLY coming up with a estimate that then turned into lets make a deal to get "the best price" ?? He even phoned a friend to get a better price as there was only so much he could offer. (Please understand a friend of ours had the exact same experience). I get it he is in sales but the pressure to close was extreme and what was going to be 17K when finding out the decision was not going to be made that evening he than wrote a deal for over 30K and said the saving would be gone after he left! Needless to say the professional was gone and after taking up the entire evening he could not wait to leave. There has been no follow-up emails or calls. Terrible experience!

Installed a defective window and cracked a window. They never call you back until you locate the regional manager’s direct number. They finally fixed the 2 windows but exterior finish work is poor quality. Again, can’t get anyone to call us back. For the money spent on replacing all windows in our house, I expect better customer service.

Part of order was not correct, so it had to be reordered. Installer cracked the J channel around my door and did not inform me.

The communication from start to finish was much appreciated. I never had to reach out to ask for a timeframe. The installers were professional, organized and productive. They continually cleaned up after themselves and again on the final walkthrough. In just a few days I’ve already noticed a difference. I’m so glad I chose Window Nation.

I experienced a smooth transition from purchasing, ordering and installation. The windows are more than I expected. They are clear, warm and less outside noise. Brock Smith Window Installation provided fast, efficient, friendly and expert installation of my windows. I would have them to my windows again in the future. Thank you Window Nation.

The sale person was very knowledgeable, had examples of glass panes, and was not pushy. The installers were excellent, worked the whole time, and cleanup. I can not say enough about the quality of work they did on the windows.

From the salesman to the installers, they were great! I got three estimates and Window Nation gave me the best offer for what I was getting. The installers were on time, efficient and courteous. My windows look great!! The reason that I didn't give them a five star is because their scheduling process is a little clunky. I'm not used to scheduling by text and it initially took days to get a response to get the measurements scheduled. I felt this process was not very professional.

Great windows, pleasant, professional installation by Brock and his crew.

The initial install was not done correctly and the installer left a large amount of scrap that had long and sharp components from the original windows. 3 of the replacement screens were too small and had to be replaced. A total of 4 visits by the Window Nation repair team were required over the period of over 2 months to finally fix the issues, which were resolved. The windows look good now, but it was a much more painful process than it should have been. I was also told I would receive a restaurant gift card, which I never received.
