I have always found Simon to be a great help when I'm in "browsing" (ie,not knowing what I want!) and has a great stock to fit every budget.

They went out of their way to ensure a great service and if there were any concerns that I could return the guitar, which was not necessary. They responded to my email queries promptly so I have no concerns about using them in the future.

Having looked around on various websites for a certain amplifier, I finally stumbled across one for sale for a fantastic price on Windmill Guitars. I had never heard of Windmill Guitars, and so I was cautious and checked trust pilot first. I was happy to see the great reviews. I was due to leave home for a couple of weeks so I got in contact via email. Simon replied very quickly and said they would be happy to hold the amp for me and ship it off when I'm ready. So I went ahead with the transaction. Windmill guitars accept bank transfer which is a method I prefer, so that was a pleasant surprise too. The process was quick and easy and Simon was very helpful. The day before I was due back home, I emailed Simon again and asked him to ship the amp. And it arrived 2 days later from Northern Ireland to South West England at midday. Very fast delivery. The box had a large hole torn in it, which was concerning, but the amp so far seems in great condition and sounds amazing. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend Windmill Guitars.

I recently purchased an orange crush mini amp from Simon at Windmill Guitars. Excellent purchase and first rate customer service as usual with no hard sell, just friendly, honest advice. I would highly recommend a visit, very well worth it, hence the 5 star review.

I needed a set up on a Spanish guitar. My left hand was getting very tired after about 15 mins playing. What a difference, I can play for hours now. I was amazed at the difference this made.

I bought a pre-loved JHS Moonshine V1 from Windmill guitars (as well as other tasty treats previously), which was sold as described, in perfect working order and very fairly priced.

As per normal Windmill Guitars service was outstanding…. Very friendly, easy to talk to owners who care deeply about the service they provide to the music community. I can’t recommend this store enough.
