Great customer service.
Even though the shop was busy Simon was attentive from the start. He provided sound, impartial and expert advice which helped me to select the right guitar. There was no pressure and I was able to spend time playing a number of different guitars. Overall a good experience with great customer service.

Absolute pleasure dealing with Simon - bought the guitar solely on the pictures and info provided, as we were way too far apart for me to view and try.
From payment to delivery it took two days to arrive from Northern Ireland! Superbly packed, and kept in the loop from start to finish ~ and yes’ the guitar was exactly as described, needless to say, I was super chuffed!! Highly Recommend using these guys - Thanks again all at Windmill Guitars.

Simon was very helpful and patient with me very happy with the service, although I lifted a guitar polish as I was paying and he said "would you like me throw that in for you" I assumed as a free extra and said yes but was charged for it. My mistake but left a bad taste.

We can only apologise that given that your guitar was shipped just before Black Friday you have encountered a slight delay due to the volume of packages.
