When you buy an expensive watch over the internet which you have not seen in person, you do worry about who you are doing business with and what condition the watch is really in. I need not have worried though as Deren provided a first class service. We chatted through my requirements and concerns and he addressed all of them. The watch was very fairly priced and when it arrived it was in even better condition than I expected. And then Deren surpassed himself by following up to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

He was always quick to respond to any questions I had at any time of day and went above and beyond to make everything perfect, including sizing the watch and giving me advice on all things I would need post purchase.
