am बेहद concerned and disappointed by this casino’s complete failure to follow responsible gambling procedures.
I have repeatedly requested that my account be permanently closed due to gambling addiction. I clearly informed them that I am struggling and need the account shut down immediately. Despite this, my requests have been ignored for weeks.
I was told there is a “technical issue” preventing account closure — which is simply not an acceptable excuse when someone is asking for self-exclusion due to a gambling problem.
Customer support then redirected me to a VIP manager because of my account status. I contacted the VIP manager directly, explained my situation again, and received the same response: “technical issue” and no action taken.
This is extremely irresponsible behaviour. When a player discloses a gambling problem, operators are required to act immediately — not delay, redirect, or make excuses.
I feel that my vulnerability is being ignored in order to keep me playing.
I strongly urge others to be very cautious. This experience has shown a serious lack of duty of care.

Change of mind.
After giving some time in the site I would like to change my review.
At one point I had £800 in winnings and went to withdraw and the withdrawal system was down. Support wasn't able to give a time frame on when this would be resolved so I carried on trying my luck and ended up loosing my winnings.
I had reached level 3 in the loyalty program and didn't receive my rewards of free spins.
Contacted support again today to see if any compensation could be given for these issues I had experienced and nothing was given. Only thing given was more information on deposit rewards trying to get me to deposit for more rewards instead.
I have now went a account closure request and would recommend anyone else to avoid this site at all costs.

Please don’t use this casino. Lets you withdraw fast then after a few they decide to do KYC and make it impossible. Thinks that’s so you keep getting documents rejected so in the end you spend the money. Also some games don’t seem legit to me.
Player protection is appalling. Asked to close my account on chat, was told I had to wait for the vip manager to respond. He did 24 hours later, I replied and told him to still close and it’s now 6 days later and still he’s not responded. Please avoid this casino
