No cumplen con los pagos

No cumplen las fechas que ellos mismos definen, un pago que se suponía llegaba en 48 horas lleva 2 semanas y aun no pagan, lastimosamente no importan los buenos precios y buenas condiciones para el pase directo si luego no cumplen lo que dicen.

I lost an Instant-Funding account…

I lost an Instant-Funding account because of a huge Market Data delay that led to a Daily Loss limit. When I tried to open a ticket on HelpDesk explaining the whole situation with screenshots and everything, all I got into was a highly un-professional, preconception maker and joker Customer Service member who did absolutely nothing about it more than rely all the responsibility on me, arguing strategy problems, and only offered me an additional discount on further purchases, as well as personally recommending buying a higher (and more expensive) account, even when I provided detailed information about the issue. In conclusion, Winbance has a very un-professional support team with members that do not even speak English and copy-past translator answers with errors included, ambiguous not-clear rules on their FAQ and a poor quality Market Data connection.

WINBANCE IS A SCAM

WINBANCE IS A SCAM. THEY DON'T PAY TRADERS.

I have a Direct Pass account with $10,000. I've increased it to $11,265. I requested my first withdrawal on October 15th for $550. They didn't answer my emails, and after I left a negative review on Trustpilot, they told me that if I withdrew, they would process the payment. Well, on October 28th, they approved the withdrawal, but it's a lie. I've been waiting ever since and complaining by email, and they don't reply. If they don't pay this small amount, imagine what it'll be like for those who request larger sums. I have proof of everything. If after reading this you give your money to WINBANCE and they don't pay you, don't say I didn't warn you.

Tengo una cuenta Direct Pass con $10,000. La aumenté a $11,265. Solicité mi primer retiro el 15 de octubre por $550. No respondieron a mis correos electrónicos y, después de dejar una reseña negativa en Trustpilot, me dijeron que si la retiraba , procesarían el pago. El 28 de octubre, aprobaron el retiro, pero es mentira. He estado esperando desde entonces y quejándome por correo electrónico, pero no responden. Si no pagan esta pequeña cantidad, imagínense cómo será para quienes soliciten sumas mayores. Tengo pruebas de todo. Si después de leer esto le dan su dinero a WINBANCE y no les pagan, no digan que no les advertí.

QUE NO TE ENGAÑEN

No puedo creer que te eliminen una cuenta (pase directo) por sobrepasar la regla de consistencia. NINGUNA OTRA EMPRESA LO HACE. NO lo comprendo. Es un robo silencioso para los usuarios. ADEMÁS se supone que la regla de consistencia en un pase directo se basa en lo que vas acumulando. Horrible. Indecente. No boten su dinero.

I can't believe they delete your account (direct swipe) for exceeding the consistency rule. NO OTHER COMPANY DOES THAT. I don't understand it. It's a silent theft for users. PLUS, the consistency rule for a direct swipe is supposed to be based on how much you accumulate. Horrible. Indecent. Don't waste your money.

Despite repeated follow-ups, they have not processed my withdrawal or provided a clear explanation. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding their responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of transparency and support.

Bad Service

They Don’t Pay and Only Make Excuses

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I requested a withdrawal in November 2024, and after months of waiting, all I received were excuses and delays. First, they asked for patience, then additional details, and when they finally confirmed the payment in February 2025, it never arrived.

After weeks of following up, they asked me to remove my Trustpilot review, claiming the payment was being processed. I did so, hoping they would follow through, but the payment never came.

It is clear that this company has no intention of paying and only wants traders to buy challenges without honoring withdrawals. If you are considering getting funded here, think twice. There are many reputable and transparent firms out there that actually fulfill their commitments.

I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
