I mistakenly ordered the wrong item...I emailed the company on the evening to explain my error. I was instantly refunded that same evening ... Amazing customer service... I re ordered the correct fragrance
( Cedarwood ) which I love and would highly recommend.

I love this product. It cleans clothes well and smell wonderful, nothing about the fragrance feels manufactured just the smell of lavender.

Saw ad on Facebook and checked their owning website , ordered Santal liquid and conditioner. No issues with ordering or Evri. Have to say I’m not overly enamoured yet- it has a strong perfumey scent rather than “ luxurious “ and I feel I prefer a “ clean laundry” scent rather than a heavy perfume . Maybe a picked the wrong combo ?it’s not bad just not for me on this occasion

Absolutely lovely smells from the melts. Burning my sample of sweet pee. I can truly say the scent is unbelievable! Not over powering at all. But my hallway smells devine

I have never ordered washing produts online before and was a bit sceptical on doing so. I ordered the washing liquid and conditioner in Jasmine and thought i would give it a go. My first lot of washing smelt absolutely amazing, even my husband said how nice his shirts smelt. It not only made my washing smell great but got it amazingly clean as well. Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. Ive already ordered again. Would highly recommend this company.

Great product,it cleans my laundry really well smells divine ,my favourite is the patchouli and it doesn't harm the environment is cruelty free and vegan.The price is competitive with similar products in the supermarket, well done Wilton 👍

Luv the smell of these laundry liquids and conditioners, also luv the style of the bottles, remind me of big old fashioned medicine bottles. Not sure how they help with stains etc as I’ve only used on delicates and bedding not on clothes where my messy family drop food down themselves, haha, but this leaves clothes smelling beautiful and soft. 2nd purchase of 2 different scents, lavender and cedar wood next time I’ll buy the jasmine.

I bought the lavender laundry combo , it was delivered very quickly . This product ticked all the boxes , not tested on animals, non bio , refillable bottles . It removes stains well and leaves the washing smelling absolutely fabulous . The perfume lasts even when tumble drying unlike so many others . I have now restocked and bout the boxes to refill the bottles as needed . Excellent product .

The dispatch company had not delivered my order and I contacted Wilton by email. They found the delivery company had damaged the package and sent out another straight away. Great customer service. I have since had another order which was delivered promptly. The product is gorgeous - I have bought 2 fragrances and it is great quality.

I love Wilton products particularly their Patchouli laundry liquid. I was disappointed when a wrongly packaged product arrived and then a few warehouse hiccups extended the problem but I can honestly say that Bob who dealt with my issues was brilliant in sorting out my problems. Thank you Wilton. I am even more a fan now. 😁👌

Natural products with amazing aromas which are competitively priced. They do the job very well and you can buy in bulk. Basically...what's not to like!

Beautiful scent with the liquid and softener.
The sample packs gives you a good sense of the smell for all botanical options and the money off voucher for your first purchase just adds to the overall experience.
