Professional and friendly service

I have been using Wilton Green laundry and dry cleaning services for well over a year now. I've had my shirts laundered by various companies for the last 30 years and I must say that Wilton Green beats the lot of them. They pick up and deliver with generally the same, friendly driver who knows us and then launder and re-deliver the shirts within a week. The quality of finish is second to none and I love the way they pin the cuffs so it's very easy to put my cufflinks on. All in all, a professional and easy to deal with company. Robert Ettinger

I have been a longstanding and loyal…

I have been a longstanding and loyal customer of Wilton Green. However, a number of items of bedlinen came back this week damaged by staining of a black substance. With the parcels were two tickets to tell me that stains could not be removed. However, the point was that the staining occurred while my bedlinen was being laundered at Wilton Green. When I complained I received an email which said that the staining was caused by a pen which was supposedly left in a pillow case. That is simply not true. There was no pen left in any pillowcase and the staining was not remotely consistent with such a thing. I am hugely frustrated and annoyed. I am contemplating making a claim in the small claims court and will never use the services of Wilton Green ever again.

Fantastic collect & deliver Laundry Service

I have been using Wilton Green on a regular basis for my bed linens and I couldn't be happier with the service and prices they offer. Pick up and delivery to my door makes it easy and convenient whether for their laundry service or dry cleaning and I have to mention that he drivers are always friendly and very polite.

Wilton Green work to high quality standards and I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking a reliable and professional laundry service.

A great laundry service

This is an efficiently-run company that provides an excellent laundry service. Our orders are always collected and returned on time, and the clothes are beautifully cleaned and pressed. If I ever need to phone Wilton Green, the members of staff are courteous and always respond well to my query. My only request would be that a little less plastic is used to cover items when they're returned.

Wilton Green laundry service

I've used Wilton Green since 2015 - sometimes for dry cleaning but mainly for laundry/ironing. I specifically use them for cotton items that I want starching (e.g. pillow cases, damask tablecloths, etc.) Everything comes back in GREAT condition - much better than I could ever do myself.

I have from time to time tried other local delivery/collection services but found that the quality of the ironing was no better than I could do myself so now I never bother looking elsewhere and stick with Wilton Green.

Communication is always great and the drivers pick up/drop off within the agreed time slot. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service

I have used Wilton Green for a few years and they are always exceptional. Friendly drivers turn up when they say they will and laundry is cleaned and pressed to a very high standard. I recently had a great experience when my duvet cover was damaged by one of their machines. Without quibbling they sincerely apologised and asked me to tell them where I bought the duvet. They then purchased and delivered a replacement to me. I have been so impressed and grateful for this excellent customer service even when things go wrong.

Unethical, Dishonest and Unreliable

PROS: acceptable prices, deliveryman very nice person
CONS: unreliable, unethical, dishonest and rude

They demand to give the details of my Credit Card or Debit Card by phone or email only! They do not accept cash nor any other sort of payment. Not only that is not safe, it is not correct to not even accept a bank transfer. (They can misuse the card as from then on)

They tried to overcharge me 21.5% than I was originally quoted and before they actually accepted to change the invoice, it was a pain.

The staff is so rude, that even the so called General Manager said that I should have second intentions for not wanting to entrust them with my card details....

Will not be using them again, and would recommend no one to do so!
