I received a quote to:
Sort the bottom course of tiles where they are irregular, replace 4 broken tiles and re-fit some lead flashing which had slipped.
The quote was for £1,150. I was unable to get a good explanation, or even a breakdown of the figures so I went elsewhere.
The job was done by a reputable builder for £310 (including repainting a length of guttering). I am confused about the huge discrepancy and would appreciate an explanation.

The lads were absolutely fantastic, extremely professional and great with communication. From start to finish the project has been smooth and the on-site roofing team have always been very friendly and curtious.
Easy to contact and super helpful.

They came to replace and install a new roof. Very happy with their hard work

Communication has amazing, from time of the quote to getting the work done, I had a message or call biweekly with updates (weather delays)
Highly recommend them and I know who'll I'll be calling in 5+ years when the roof will need to be done

Had work done definitely not skilled worker's , had to get other skilled tradesmen to put right the work , stay clear , avoid

Terrible workmanship. Work not guaranteed the 10 years they say. When large chunks of roughcasting came away after only 4 years they refused to replace their shoddy workmanship. Now dodging this by saying I have the wrong company. Which I don't. Don't waste your money.
