DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY… Goods are really really cheap quality and when you realise this, the returns process is expensive as goods have to be returned USA, at your cost. This is a scam, but paying by credit card will not protect you!

Material is cheap, looks nothing like the picture. The cut on the dress isn’t even straight. The detailing looks like a child has drawn it. I’ve emailed asking for a refund but based on previous reviews I’m not holding my breath. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of flat leopard print shoes with gold tassels. My issues are: The order has taken over two weeks to be delivered. The shoes were advertised at full price of £125! They are poor quality and not worth the £47 I paid. No online product description of materials used in the shoes and made of a cheap satin fabric and not a bold leopard print and gold and brown tassels. Does not look like product advertised on line. These shoes are cheap and ugly! I wish I’d read the reviews for this company before ordering! Please do not buy from them! I’ve just been totally ripped off!

They are made in China and sent from China NOT LONDON based. I've been offered discount after discount but eventually I managed to get an address to send them back but I have to pay (that is not what there website says) full refund and free delivery back. What a load of rubbish. DO NOT USE THEM

The item I bought was not sized properly I wanted to return it I got no satisfaction from them at all The quality was cheap and looked nothing like it was displayed
The don’t do returns as I know to my cost
I won’t be buying from them again
The stuff is cheap, nasty and substandard

24 hours after ordering, I found apparently identical sandals on Temu for just over £5. I paid £25, reduced the advert said from £56. On immediately cancelling I was told “not possible, your order is now in the pipeline.” Not being handled by Royal Mail, as stated but shipped from China and delivered by Evri. I have photographic evidence of the ‘Marjorie’ orthopaedic sandals’ I ordered and the Temu ones. Apparantly I have to wait to receive before my bank will cancel and they have not even left China yet according to the email I got today, 10 days after ordering. I believe if I am dissatisfied I can then return ……. at my expense….. to China.

I wouldn’t even rate this appalling online company 1 star but had no option in order to leave this review. AVOID, AVOID.AVOID, 🛑 🙌 🙌🙌🛑 absolute RIP off & quality of garments is extremely poor. Ordered what I thought was a lovely dress, only to be posted a RAG…. (A RAG)…. Disgusting 🤮 & no return options despite several attempts to make contact. Don’t be fooled by the false advertising. It’s fake & as you can tell, I am pretty furious. 😡

No delivery, they are not based in London they are probably based in Asia. Tracking is completely false times. I am trying to get refund no response. Do not use.

Zero stars if it was possible. They should be stopped from trading as the clothing descriptions of cotton/linen blend, sizing, hemming, stitches, nasty cheap fabric - it’s all terrible. The returns advertised as easy are impossible - they are scamming liars. Con con con all the way.

I ordered a dress from Wilson & Carter but realised almost immediately that I had made a mistake and contacted them within minutes to request cancellation. My request was refused, and the item was still dispatched.
When the dress arrived, I requested a return under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. Instead of providing the return address, I was repeatedly offered increasing partial refunds (10%, then 20%, then 30%) and store credit if I kept the item.
I was also required to complete a very small return form, print it, photograph it, and send it back for approval before they would even provide the return address. Despite providing all the requested information by email, they would not accept it.
They even at one point said you can give it to charity.
My experience did not match the "Easy Returns" and "30-day money-back guarantee" advertised on the website. I found the return process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
I will not ever purchase from them again..

It's a con don't buy anything from this Wilson and carter, poor clothes poor material doesn't match photos, poor returns, you will not get your money back.
Stay away

False claims of a 30 day refund.
Automated replies that are never answered.
Continued offers of discounts but NEVER any resolution of original request for a refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 3 July, the website said if you can put them in the basket then they are in stock. Received a message that one pair not available in the colour I asked for and invited me to choose another colour or something more expensive at no extra cost and 20% off my next purchase. By that time I had read the reviews and asked for a refund for one pair. I'm still waiting for confirmation of delivery or/and refund. I don't hold out much hope. Never again!

Do not buy from this company I purchased a dress for a special occasion and when it arrived I was shocked I could have created something better and I’ve never used a sewing machine, it is cheap shoddy workmanship poor quality fabric and totally unwearable. Further more they then try and charge you shipping cost £25 to return item even though they advertise they are a London based company! I am in the process of claiming a charge back through my bank who have already refunded me for this item since I provided them with information to justify my refund. Us consumers need better protection from sham companies like this one!!

Absolute scam of a company, they flatly refuse to refund your order and the clothes are very poor quality. They are based on China not London.

Can’t believe I got caught out, I’m usually so careful and suss out scam sights.
I ordered (what I thought was) a lovely 2 piece trouser and top combo. When I got it….well it was like flimsy cheap pyjamas that bore no resemblance in either design or colour!
I rejected the item under the consumer rights act 2015. They came back promptly with a reply offering 15% refund and keep the item. Err..no…I don’t think so, these are going in the bin, you couldn’t even sell them.
I’ve reiterated I want a full refund and waiting for their next response.

This website is a con! Like other people, wish I had read the reviews first. It all looks very professional and London based so the first warning signs were the strange, vague shipping information - clearly they are trying to hide where these items are coming from but it is presumably somewhere very cheap. I ordered two dresses, they arrived after a couple of weeks’ wait and they are very cheap and poorly made. According to the website they should have been a ‘breathable cotton blend’ but the label inside says they are 95% polyester and 5% elastane, so completely different. They feel horrible and I won’t be able to wear them, and they certainly are not worth paying more than £5 for. This site is a con, don’t waste your money! I have yet to try returning them but hold out little hope based on reviews - seems like I will be losing a significant chunk of money. Shame as the clothes looked so nice on the website.

I ordered a dress which looked lovely on the website. It was awful- cheap and tacky looking. Wilson and Cater London made me think it was based in Uk. They ship in and if you try and get a refund they won’t despite website saying 100% money back guarantee. They offer 10% refund or you pay £10 to return. Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them!

The delivery of my order was within the time frame I was given and I was kept up to date how it was going.

The order itself was not so great!
The shirts I ordered were advertised as lightweight 'linen mix' fabric, however, what I've received is not unfortunately!
Each one was a completely different fabric weights and according to the labels are 100% polyester! Not what my husband wanted.
We were also led to believe that we were buying from a uk based company, when in fact they were made in China and were sent on an international flight from wherever in China! In fact the packaging was exactly the same as I have also received from Temu and Shein
At £30 per shirt I really do not recommend buying these and not using this dreadful scamming company.
We won't use them again, how we were taken in I will never know, once bitten twice shy!!!
