Can’t be trusted, incorrect sizing, poor quality, promise to refund but don’t follow through. Would never buy from them again.

Terrible quality for price. They refused refund or exchange on items even when 2 of the items were the wrong size. Unfortunately PayPal sided with them and I didn't get a refund. $250 wasted!

Ordered multiple items on 17/2, still waiting for them to arrive.
Contacted customer care and they responded quickly with fluffy words but no action.
Deceptive advertising at best considering they aren’t Australian and everything based in China.
Lesson learnt - do thorough review checks before ordering!

My garments just arrived. The quality is terrible - total false advertising. I can only imagine that the 5 star reviews are fake. I think I've been scammed - not expecting the money-back guarantee to be real either. Note to self: check reviews beyond the website!!!

Appalling. Agree with all the reviews. Thought they were based in Adelaide but was charged foreign transaction fee and still have not received my blouse. After reading the reviews I believe I have been scammed and if I get my blouse it will be poor quality. It said was a closing down sale also untrue. AVOID?

I would never deal with this company again! The garments shown on website clearly state they are Cotton-Linen. What arrived was 100% polyester, as clearly stated on the fabric label. It was awful and i sent them straight back. BUT, while they arrive from an adress in NSW, returns have to go to an obscure address in CHINA. Adelaide doesnt come into the equation at all. Doubt it even exists anywhere in Australia. Return trackable postage cost $39.60!. My items have been sitting in customs in China for 6 weeks and aparently there is no one from the warehouse in China who can do anything to retrieve them. So no refund forth coming. So much for a 30 day money back guarentee! Do not buy from this company.

Do not supply product and do not provide a money back guarantee as stated on their website. It is a total scam and I would not purchase anything from them. Size is not correct and quality is terrible. I have yet to receive my sandals and it has been 2 months. I will be reporting them

Total Scam do not supply as advertised and not in size ordered. Deny everything and send lies to clients about not sending dreadful substandard nighties made from bleached sheets from a hospital no doubt. Instead of beautiful womens cotton linen dress in size 22-24 they send size S dreadful skinny nightgown roughly sewn, cheap quality. Refuse to own up to sending the fake goods. Do NOT refund as promised. Reported them to Cybercrime and Police IN QLD

O stars ..its all fake. Incorrect garment arrived after 3 weeks... in a flimsy plastic postal bag and in the usual Asian clear plastic bag.
What arrived was a cheap "linen" shapeless top instead of a dress .. which now in hindsight is unlikely it would ever arrive as shown. No refunds, just offer of credit due to "closing down" sale. All rubbish.. its Asian crap with unethical people at the helm. I wont be burnt again and shopping local from now on.

Thought they were Adelaide base but not. Crap clothing from china. Sizing all wrong and flimsy materials. Got in touch and they offered 30% refund keep clothing but also get a credit. Still waiting on that!!don’t touch them!!

Bought the Eloise blouse..... Nothing like the picture on the ad. I'm size 14 and bought the 2XL to be safe.... Nope, doesn't fit. Very short in the bodice and the fabric was not sheer as per the ad. Otherwise well made, but not what I wanted. The company promoted itself as in Adelaide, but the stuff comes direct from China. I had to opt for a 30%refund plus a full store credit after a lot of negotiation. Hoping the next thing I order is less disappointing.
DO NOT buy from these guys.

Quite a long wait for delivery but good info about the delay. Arrived on the weekend, the name on parcel was rather difficult to read.

Shirts are cheap and poorly made. I wasn’t expecting shirts to arrive in scrunched plastic bag from China. Wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known it was a Chinese knock off. Ads say all the right things but they don’t follow through Impossible to get refund from them even tho the seams of shirt aren’t stitched all the way and has a large gap in stitching. No Australian store would reneg on refund

Had a question about my order and Ava was so helpful, got back to me in less than an hour. Shipping was fast too and the items are great quality. Love shopping here <3

Appalling company....as bad as TEMU.....they told me I would get a full refund if I sent the item (which was not at all as described and very cheap and nasty) to an address in China.....do not bother......it is all a scam so on top of paying for the top I paid another $19.45 for international shipping and tracking that went nowhere....could not be delivered BEWARE

Clothes are digusting. Material is sub standard with no proper labels or care instructions. Do not order from this company. I am so disappointed and I would give NO stars. 😡

I am not sure why I had international fees when the company was in Adelaide!
Feel so foolish that I did not critically think about these products especially has they give you no details about fabrics used.

Prices quoted on the website are not representative of the quality of the garments I received.

The quality of fabric and patterns in some of the garments do not match the pictures.

Extremely disappointed in myself that I have been ripped off.
