Quality dog bed, bad customer service.
The bed is better than the competition and looks like it will last a long time (you'd expect that at that price).
Unfortunately don't expect good customer service, I paid extra for the mattress and received the regular shredded one, got one answer from customer service acknowledging their mistake and no answer after that.

Very quick service and an absolutely well designed product

I’ve ordered several times already and I find the products not only super beautiful but also very practical. The shipping was faster than expected, and the quality of the products is excellent. At first, I was unsure about ordering online, but it was totally worth it.

Their website promises 4-10 day delivery to the US. Mine arrived in 30 days.I sent countless emails and Instagram messages during the wait with no real response. They don’t even have a phone number.

After less than two weeks of use, the leather was peeling off and fraying. I contacted them with photos requesting a refund. They asked for more photos, I sent them immediately, and then they ghosted me.

Six weeks of trying to resolve this, and they simply won’t respond when there’s a problem. They’re happy to take your money but disappear when you need support.

I’ve had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Save yourself the headache; there are plenty of pet product companies that actually stand behind their products and respond to customers. This isn’t one of them.

High quality leather. The closing mechanism is really good with the leather lip preventing hair to get caught up when you put on the collar. Bought a second collar for our second dog

The ordering and processing was straightforward. The quality of the product was good. However the delivery to Italy was difficult to track with the reference numbers changing part way through and it also took longer than promised.

Very nice products, have ordered multiple times over the years. The customer service is really great. I had a query regarding some of the colours and they responded within the hour and with photos (which I did not expect) helping me to make my choice. Very pleased.

Great quality and service, William Walker emailed about my choice in lead length and adjusted the cost accordingly. Have already recommended you to a friend. Plus, I need a new, bigger collar for my growing puppy.

The quality of the materials is good but the gold is coming off and turning into a copper colour and in some parts so is the color of the leather, but it's barely visible. Otherwise the leather is soft and resistant and really great!

All the products are awesome, the quality is great! I love them!

We have just relocated to Europe from Australia and needed to buy everything new for our dogs. We bought 2 beds and a travel mat from William Walker and some beds from other places. The beds from William Walker were EXTREMELY high quality compared to the other brands. I am so glad we found them and I will definitely be buying more.

The quality of the material is really great and served as a perfect gift! The delivery is super quick and their support very responsive - I received my delivery super quick outside of Germany and was super happy with the goods.

I had been searching for a long time for the perfect leather harness and leash for my mid sized dog and I could not have made a better choice than William Walker. I wanted good quality leather, a product that would adjust well and have stylish and elegant design. William Walker leather is very soft, it is padded so it is comfortable and has multiple options for adjusting harness size and leash length. Plus, my dog looks absolutely fabulous in his William Walker set and I have received many compliments during our walks.
