The sizing is inconsistent

The sizing is inconsistent. I received a size large as a Christmas present and it was way too small. The label said large but the size was actually a small. Prior size large shirts by William Murray fit just fine. Also, they charge for the basic shipping and they don't give the 25% off discount they advertise at checkout. Rather it happens as a virtual credit card they send 30 days later and hope you forget about it. This is a low quality operation and I won't shop here again.
