The product holds 4 of the 6 bottles that I wanted it to, so doesn't fulfill its purpose
Damaged
On collection, the item was damaged (cracked). Staff were not concerned and wondered off, i asked for a refund, but as i was collecting from a Range store they could not print off any receipt/paperwork to confirm I had rejected my item. I have no email and no receipt to say the item will be refunded and the staff were not remtotely interested. I drove 40 mins to collect something which was unfit to be sold and now who knows if I will get a refund, I now have to chase down Wilko with no proof the item was rejected. Appalling.

Absolutely terrible experience order pokemon wrapping paper and when I got to the store it was paw patrol and not Pokemon manager didn’t seem bothered apart from a refund in which that was not right either as tryed to refund me less than I paid on line will never order on line again with your company after half an hour your staff trying to sort it out on the till we left the store with nothing

Very easy to use. Used the click and collect. 3 bags of white polar pebbles. Ordered online and collected them approx an hour later. Waiting for me at checkout. Fantastic. Thank you.

Will not be going to the willenhall store again. Absolutely disgraceful service. Left with a quater refund and apparently the rest of it is coming out the clouds. Manager didn't have a clue what she was doing and got very rude when I asked her if she could get someone who does know what they're doing to help. I ordered click and collect, paid but the quantity I paid for was not in stock and what was in stock was in terrible condition so I asked for a refund.
I only wanted confirmation of the refund but they spoke to me like I was trying to attack them.

Disgraceful. Ordered a mirror to large to fit in car weeks ago. Delivery company failed to deliver twice even though I’ve taken annual leave to receive the delivery TWICE. Wilko took A FULL WEEK to reply to AN EMAIL with a useless response. Disgraceful company. Delivery company awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I was tricked i ordered 3 bags of 50l compost qty 3 which to me means 9 bags. But I only got 3 bags this cannot be correct

I wouldn’t give one star of I had the choice , ordered wardrobe 10 days later was still waiting tried getting a refund which emails were ignored so I went to my bank to get a charge back I then ordered from wayfair on Thursday at 2pm and I had my wardrobe at 10am the next day I have used wilkos for years but I’ll never even look on there site let alone give them my money

Absolutely disgraceful I order a garden swing with a delivery date of on or before 1/5/2026 then a day before changes to 7/5/2026 then to 8/5/2026 now it’s 18/5/2026

Avoid
Ordered a planter which came direct from the supplier. Unfortunately ordered the wrong size so contacted Wilko to request courier collection, in line with their guidelines. Received an email telling me to take the item to The Range, where I could get a refund. This information was completely incorrect so I did a 45 minute round journey and wasted my time and fuel because Moe in customer services doesn't know what they're doing. Avoid.

Poor c&c service at Bolton wilko/range store
Not impressed with the service at the Bolton Crompton Way click and collect. Waited at the collection point for someone to eventually arrive. Ordered 2 items for pickup, they told me the QR code hasn't arrived for the other order even though I placed this order before the second order..... They suggested I go inside the store and find and pay for it at the till. Sorry but this defeats the whole point of a click and collect service. Really not satisfied as it wasted my time.
