I couldn't recommend the Mindfulness tea set enough! In fact, I've already recommended it to several friends and family members who all want to try it out now! My PMT was pants, I'd get 'the miseries' really badly for a good week each month and I just couldn't get myself out of it. Since I've been enjoying this tea, I don't even get a tiny bit tearful! It's magical. I've got my old self back! In your FACE hormones!! They taste good too, none of this yucky herbal tea nonsense, all really delicate and genuinely nice, natural flavours. Thank you, WWTC!

The best quality tea I have ever tasted, can actually see the camomile flowers and fennel seeds in the mix, not the usual dusty tea bags! Bit early to tell if my menopause symptoms are lessening but I’m optimistic.

Have yet to see whether the tea works for my period pains but they are all lovely teas and full of flavour, unlike a lot of herbal teas. Everything Rosey is my favourite and I find it also makes me sleep well. My mood has also improved a little. I look forward to seeing if my PMT is more bareable next month!

I discovered wild women tea through the cafe I work at... So I now order it for myself at home, the tea tastes so delicious and is packed full of goodness - would highly recommend!!

More and smaller tea bag pouches would be useful for those who don’t have a tea pot and strainer. Thanks x
