Did the signup bonus won £236 after wagering bonus funds. Withdrew £200 and account immediately locked which was a big red flag however I just needed to send an email and verify my ID and the money hit my bank on the Monday (don’t think they work weekends). Then I tried another withdrawal and it’s locked my account again. I guess this is their process which I’ve never experienced before and is frustrating not to get withdrawals instantly like most casinos offer.

Live chat staff helped as much as they could. The casino has loads of good games it could genuinely be a good casino if they sort the account locking issues out. For now it’s a 3/5

Good casino to play games on. Also let me win a few times. Only problem was when withdrawing money it takes time due to money laundering. Email them, receive no response. So started online chat through website. Spoke to an agent within 30 minutes the money was in my account and an apology, they just needed to see bank card which I'd deposit the money on. Was getting worried after seeing reviews, will be playing again 🙂

I received the 1000 bonus, played all the wagering requirements, I have more than $3Million in my account , I was asked to verify my account when it was time to withdraw, and I was told to pay $150 . I had a chat with the bot on their site, saying that I feel like it's a trap for me to send money if I need to withdraw my winnings, I got blocked,lol.

It says no no payout to act a level 8 I was on level seven by $700 I'm up to $3,700 now can't get to level 8 any suggestions

A friend recommended this I deposited about 20 never again. I play a few different sites never have I had to pay to withdraw my money I've won this is the main reason I won't ever use this site again.
