200cm Acrylic HotTub with external wood-fired oven

At first, I was a bit sceptical – spending a lot of money on something you only know from pictures on a website (which is undoubtedly well designed, especially the configurator!) wasn't my preferred way of buying such things...

But after my first contact with Ricardas (initially by email, then later via WhatsApp) and the consistently quick and competent advice, I was convinced and ordered the HotTub.

Lead time was perfectly on time and as agreed, payment is in 2 stages (at order placement and before delivery, when you receive the first pictures of your new HotTub at the factory).
The hot tub delivered corresponds exactly to the description and gives a very high-quality impression.

I would definitely order again at WildTubs, they convinced me with responsiveness, quality and overall cost!

I was supported by a techician who gave me all the useful information.
The hot tube was delivered in perfect time.

We bought a barrel garden sauna from wildtubs and we simply love it! The Barrel is a beautiful piece of work and just like the photoes. We use it 1-2 times a weekend. The communication was good and a fair delivery time.
The Only improvementpoint is a very big electricbox under the big Window. It ruins the look a lot.
Also be aware that you will need a very big truck or a crane to lift it of the truck because its round and doesnt come on a euro pallet.

good communication, very nice contact, fair price, top quality, was skeptical at first... but you always get a very, very quick answer to everything... I have asked many sauna manufacturers, none like Wildtubs... again and again. Now I still need something, and I always get a lot of help with it... Thanks Jörg

After almost a year of regular use of my sauna I am still delighted with it. Very good quality wood which has withstood a lot of rain and extreme heat over the past year.

Great communication and flexibility from Wildtubs. They are real manufacturer that can meet your needs, you just have to ask.
I personally wanted a canopy on the sauna, which wasn't on their online configurator, and they were able to build it on demand.
You can really feel the high quality in the built.
I totally recommend this manufacturer.

Top-quality sauna. Beautiful and modest design, high-quality oiled wood... Ricardas, the contact person from the company, was very responsive to inquiries and all additional questions. They also arranged delivery from Lithuania to Slovenia. Everything, from the agreement, payment, and delivery, went smoothly. I am happy that my surroundings are graced by a sauna from Wildtubs, and even a little proud to be the owner of their first sauna in Slovenia.

We could not be happier! The sauna itself is phenomenal, beautifully built out of quality material - looks exactly like the photos and it really is everything we hoped for.

We had a very positive experience with Wild Tubs. At first we were cautious about ordering from a place advertised online but our feelings soon changed from the moment we enquired about purchasing to delivery. They constantly provide updates over what’s app, they send photos and videos of it all ready to go in Lithuania. We found it very useful that you can customise the Sauna to your own liking. I cannot recommend Wild Tubs enough.

Got a sauna and hot-tub from wildtubs a couple months ago and am really glad about it. While the website configurator was well, support of Ricardas via mail/whatsapp was really great.
He made good suggestions (leave this one out, take this instead) which in the end gave me something better than expected and hoped (for a cheaper price), I'll try to add pictures.

Initially I was a bit reluctant to order from a small company in easter europe (me being from Austria) but with ~30% up front payment that could be done via paypal and the rest upon delivery I felt safe enough.

Delivery itself went smooth as well - I ordered a crane that unloaded it from the truck into my garden.

The sauna (with wood heating) is in use 2-3 times a week; it heats up to 90 within ~45 minutes; depending on our mood we can heat it up to 110.

The hottub unfortunately is not in use yet. We got it late fall and I did not have everything prepared (high voltage cables) and once I was ready, winter was here and the ground frozen.

Delighted with the product and personal response from Ričardas from wild tubs. I was a little reluctant at first, given that it wasn’t through an Irish distributor - but the product was better with more options and a much better price. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Amazing service, staight forwarded no hastle. Would of liked iset up itructions/ cleaning instruction. And issues to get to fuse box! We cant accses it through door at side. Otherwise absolutely love love , love it. Photoz to follow.

The tub is very high quality and easy to install.

Wildtubs were amazing to deal with. Ordered from Ireland and Ricardas was really accommodating sending videos, photos, and organising transportation literally to our doorstep in two weeks. The product itself is top quality. An 8man Barrell sauna that gets to 90 degrees easily with the brand new stove that came with it, for a fraction of the price you’d pay for one here.

We were hesitant ordering from abroad, but they were super patient and accommodating with live videos. If you’re looking at bringing one in, I’d highly recommend contacting Wildtubs.

I recently purchased a hot tub from this company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions and guided me through the selection process.
The delivery service provided by this company was exceptional. They were punctual and arrived at the scheduled time, which was a relief as I had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my hot tub. The delivery team was professional and courteous throughout the process.

We received this beautiful sauna in the beginning of July. We had from the beginning a good dialog with Richard from Wildtubs, who was always available for questions. We received good service and felt safe in the choice of options. Wildtubs was responsible for the transport but the organization of unloading was a bit challenging. However, it all worked out fine and we continued a good dialogue with Richard who helped with the practicalities.

We could not have been happier with the sauna. It looks stunning and the finish is extraordinary. The wooden stove heats up the sauna very quickly.
