Amazing efficient service!
Ordered many products never had an issue. Got a tent recently missing a one part, I called them spoke to some lovely customer service lady’s and within 2 days I had the part! On top of this they gave me a discount on another product as an apology.

Ordered Aluminium Non Stick Griddle plates for our business. Arrived with the wrong items in it.Wrang up the company and arranged a return. No problem.
However, another two weeks go by and heard nothing, and made promises that a tracking number would be provided.
