When I placed my order I clicked on xl, somehow that got changed and I got a small. Also it said the dress had pockets, it does not, the material is thin and cheap. Only thing I can get is store credit. Very expense dress for cheap material

Customer service
I placed an order for the wrong size and immediately contacted customer service to correct my mistake.
They never responded and shipped the wrong size.
I normally don't have an issue with Wild Oak but this is just plain annoying.

My first order I spent over a $120 and the items don’t fit right nor do they look like what I saw online. I never order anything without trying them on first and this one time I decide to just go for it, it doesn’t work and I get screwed. I want a refund but you don’t offer refunds!???? I’ll never order anything from you guys again because of that. Never!!
