Prompt, no hassles, delivered on time!

I was not sure about ordering meat that had a long way to travel. But if I wanted buffalo i had to do just that. The stores around me are limited.
I got steak bundle that had free shipping. And added on some summer sausage and buffalo heart to try. The meat got to me promptly and had been packaged perfectly. All the meat was still frozen.
I couldn't wait to try the summer sausage. The very reason I ordered from this company was because the summer sausages and the like are made without preservatives. I am allergic to them and don't get those treats very often. It was the best I have ever had.
I will order from them again.

We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding!

Bison is the best.

I can honestly say that my health has improved. My diet is kosher and mostly organic veggies every day. No processed or fried foods. My strength and stamina have increased. I'd like to believe consuming buffalo meat twice a month is healthier because it is so lean and I feel "full" after eating a buffalo meat steak. Besides, it is a designated "clean" food by G d. I'm 60 yrs young, a disabled veteran and highly recommend Wild Idea Buffalo Co. Blessings to all.

Shipping was quicker than expected.. Packages where better than stated... I would 100% recomend Wild Idea Buffalo Co to my friends and family. I will be ordering again.

The service was excellent. Ordering online was easy and the products were shipped quickly and appear as promised. We have not eaten any of it yet but it looks good. Another company I have ordered from sends their meat packed in dry ice. I do not like dealing with that and prefer the ice blocks Wild Idea uses. I'm very satisfied.

My first order was short ribs and Buffalo patties. My cousin in Sioux Falls, South Dakota introduced me to the short ribs. We had a barbeque, the meat was tender, lean. The meat fell off the ribs. The taste was excellent. I live in California, the package arrived, the meat was still frozen. I will continue to purchase from this company.

I gave three families (including my own) buffalo for Christmas. Everyone has received their packages but I do not believe anyone has cooked their meat yet. I do know, from personal experience, that the packaging is expertly done. I also know from past experience that the buffalo is the best meat I have ever eaten. Worth every penny.

I discovered Wild Idea from reading Dan's two books about the company and how it came to be. I was so inspired! I have been thinking about eliminating meat from my diet, so I decided to give your buffalo a try to see if we would like it. We certainly love the concept. The shipment came as promised, still nicely frozen. However, the package of steak strips was not completely sealed, which made a mess in the fridge. Not to worry! It needed cleaning anyway. Today I made your recipe for Vietnamese Bison Steak Salad. Wow! Wonderful! The meat was tender and the spices worked so well. We can't wait to try the steaks and roasts. Thank you for offering meat "that won't kill us." And thank you for taking care of our prairie.

We looked a source of responsibly raised buffalo that was processed in a healthy, clean environment.
We were looking for completely grass fed and finished buffalo and even more important processed in a clean environment.
The closest local stores, which are 60-70 miles away, that carry Wild Idea did not have the ground meat, so we ordered direct from the ranch.
The packaging was excellent as the meat was still frozen. I actually snapped a photo of the temperature - well below freezing. The package arrived a day early!
For me, having the meat processed in a clean facility is just as important as the quality of the raising of the buffalo.
Another huge plus is their humane harvesting process.
And, as if all of that were not enough, they are renewing their part of the plains.
Oh, I am vegetarian, but my husband says this is the best buffalo he has had and he's tried several.

You were out of the 10b. boneless prime rib we ordered and Corey was Great and called to see if two five pounders would be alright. Turned out that actually worked out better for us! The Meat was excellent!!! Now you're out of the five pounders! Guess business is Good and I am happy for you.

I have only had time to try the bison heart and it is very good, the shipment arrived a day later than the company said but was frozen solid, one nordic ice pack leaked after it thawed, aside from that I am quite happy with it and I have recommended this company to several others.

I ordered buffalo sausage and jerky from Wild Idea Buffalo Co for the first time recently. The box arrived in a timely fashion and it was well packed. So impressive! The meat items were packed in a box lined with foam panels, and inside there were ice packets.
We have not tried all the products yet as they are xmas gifts, but we did try one package of the sausage, and one bag of jerky. Both were delicious! Not too tuff, not too salty, seasoned perfectly.
