They did not arrive.
The carrier spent time checking and assured me they were never handed to them.
I found that the web site had no good contact details.
I used the web page message service 3x with no reply. I then eventually found an address and telephone number from another unhappy customer and called them several times with no answer and simply going to voice messaging.
I am certain this company is bogus and in business just to rip off customers.

dont both with them. closed down but took peoples money still
Ordered a product on the 7th july and still nothing. No dispatch note, email etc. Emails sent to them with no replies. Have now check and the website doesnt exist. Hopefully my bank can sort me out and give me my money back **update** turns out greyville that owns the company went into administration the month before. Still took peoples money though!**update 2** 24 hours later bank has refunded the transaction.

Avoid, closed down but takin peoples money.
Website claims everythings dispatched APC over night. No dispatch after 2.5 weeks. Don't answer the phone or email or chat.. disputed via PayPal and got money back instantly.

Bad packaging
Bought a new rear shock and it arrived lightly wrapped in bubble wrap, in a brown paper bag.
One scratch or dint would render the shock useless, surely you'd use a box.

Please Avoid! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible
Ordered 2 items from Wildcat and only 1 of the items were delivered, from the weight on the postage label it's clear that only one item was dispatched but trying to speak to someone at wildcat is impossible, i have tried multiple times through email and telephone without success and have had to involve the fraud team at my card supplier to try and recover the money paid.

It's a great company always helpful and always quick to deliver my ebike is made buy them so won't go anywhere else for parts as I use it for work last thing I want is to buy shoddy parts from an a website no one's heard of breaks or worse so WILDKAT is where I get it from
