We moved to Wildcat Digital following a very strong initial audit and presentation, which gave us confidence in their ability to improve our Google Ads performance.
Unfortunately, the execution did not match what was promised.
Our account was moved heavily into Performance Max campaigns almost immediately, with little evidence of a structured testing or optimisation strategy. Within a short period, our revenue nearly halved while ad spend increased significantly.
As a small business that relies heavily on paid advertising, this had a serious and immediate impact on our business. We engaged Wildcat to improve and grow performance, but instead experienced a clear decline.
After two months, we had no option but to terminate the agreement early to prevent further damage.
The team are professional and communicate well, but in our experience there was a clear gap between the initial strategy presented and the actual results delivered. For businesses where paid ads are critical, this level of performance is a significant risk.
We can only base this review on our direct experience and the results achieved during the time we worked together.
