Bullying tactics

My car was written off and Wilbys was engaged to represent the company at fault. The broker I spoke to, Martin Brown, took no time to listen to me but constantly spoke over the top of me. When I refused to agree to the paltry amount being offered for my car and asked for details about the circumstances of the accident, he replied ". Our client does not have a duty to disclose information on how they operate their business to you". This was followed by veiled threats that if I didn't settle immediately, they would reduce the offer.
Do not trust this company.
