Received item purchased which was nothing like the pictures NOR description! Was see thru and missing straps was totally different! Contacted customer service for last 3 weeks with zero response so I’m out $50! SCAM! They’ll send product but it’s not what you ordered!
It is bad website. I recived the dress today it is not same the picture. It tooo bad and bad material. They cheat us. I want my money back. They put wrong mail to connect them. How can I complain to them.
I brought two items in April on express delivery for about £170. 4 months later no items 6 months later no refund no apology no nothing please avoid this shameless and terrible company I don't think I'll ever get my refund tbh

This website is a scam! Please do not order from this website. I ordered 4 items but I only received 3. Also, the images on their website is not the same as the items they send, I am sure they have lifted the images of the clothes from another website or just computer generated images. Their clothes are extremely low quality. PLEASE SAVE YOUR COINS and don’t order from this SCAM WEBSITE based out in China! So you can’t even get a refund or send back! I don’t want to believe it is legit
If there is a zero star I would choose it. I received a dress which is not matching the picture 1%. I was laughing once I saw the dress I received. It’s not even a dress. It’s plain satin piece like an inner layer of the dress. Really disappointed.
Absolutely disappointed with my order. Their clothes are not as shown in the images online. Very cheap version of the clothing, from the fabric right down to the craftsmanship. Although I ordered an embroidered two piece, I received a printed two piece, which was badly stitched and the fabric was very cheap (something you would use as an underlining) Definitely not worth the money and will never order from this site again!
Can someone please tell me if Wilame is a legit website. The prices seem too low and by the looks of it, it doesn’t matter if items are heavily worked on or not, but the same price range, that being quite cheap. I couldn’t find any legit reviews anywhere.
