avoid this “business” at ALL COSTS!!! they charged me for two shirts instead of one, they stated that I order them, I did not, then rudely denied my request to make their mistake right! They only responded after days of my emails letting them know that I was going to dispute the entire purchase with my bank. This was due to zero communication, being charged for an extra shirt, no tracking number until I harassed them, no working phone number and extremely rude correspondence once they finally got back with me.I would give zero stars if that was possible. I will still dispute this order with my bank as they scammed me out of 25$.

I gave the company 3 stars because they delivered the correct item and delivered on time. I deducted 2 stars because they are late to respond to emails and didn't uphold their return policy. I requested to return the item within the their written policy timeline and they declined my request. I will consider myself lucky that I wasn't scammed as others have reported.

DO NOT ORDER from here.... Not only will you waste your money but your time explaining that you did not receive what you paid for. They should be closed down.

DO NOT BUY FROM ANDY BILL. THE SITE IS RUN FROM A CHINESE BASE. THE GOODS ARE BADLY MANUFACTURED AND I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. TO TOP IT THEY HAVE FABRICATED EMAILS SND SENT THEM TO AMEX SO THAT THEY COULD KEEP THE MONEY. THEY SAID I COULD RETURN BUT THEN WENT QUIET WHEN ASKED IF THEY WOULD PICK UP COSTS AND AMEX HAVE WRITTEN TO ME TELLING ME THAT THEY OFFERED TO PAY POSTAGE WHICH IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE

I ordered two heated vests from Andybill. They arrived two months later. Sizes are too small, despite ordering larger size. Also, one was wrong color. I contacted them and they offered me $5 as compensation, but no return. I refused, their counteroffer is $10. Again, I refused. I don’t want to give them any financial info for a credit. So now I’m stuck with two vests that don’t fit

I just got the heated vest after 2 months, it doesn't work, the wire is broke and the light doesn't work, so the vest doesn't heat up. I will NEVER EVER orderfrom ANDYBILL. This vest came from China, if I knew that before I ordered it or read the reviews I would have never dealt with this company.

They charge me 140 US dollars and I never get my stuff

Avoid this company they harass you by unsolicited texts ‘daily’ once they have your contact details. I didn’t even purchase from them, they aren’t in the UK and I’m having to pay for their repeated attempts to sell a product I don’t want!!!!

My box came wrapped in tape I opened it and the box was all broken and smashed.

I did not want to highlight half a star but the system doesn't allow no stars. I purchased the Wonder Arms from Wiki Store and have had all of the bands snap. I sent an email and they said that replacement bands were on the way. Sent a 2nd email and they were very apologetic and said that the replacement bands were on the way. Send a 3rd email advising that I would like to return the inferior product and I have not heard from them.

UPDATE i filed a claim with paypal and they sided with wiki store. I guess any dollar earned is good enough for them

Got the grip thing and it doesn't hold crap..sorry, it was suppose to hold an ipad mini, not even close and the grip thing does even hold on it's own, I put it on a wooden shelf and after 1 minute it just falls off, with nothing attached to it LOL...tried to return it, they want me to take videos and send pictures...what...I don't have time to do that for a $20 are you kidding me??? I have 3 kids a business to run and everything else you can think off, I am not about to spend time doing videos to do a return...get with it WIKI - STORE, you will be out of business with service like this before you know it, I just feel bad for the employees there that have to deal with the management...keep my $20, go to town.

They are totally unreliable. I ordered something and they sent to the wrong address and will not refund or send again. They are in China. Do Not Order anything from them.

Don't deal with wiki. Should have read the reviews first. they are spot-on. I would not trust them to send a pencil. don't waste your time or money. Over a month and I do not have my order. they blame the post office. Again, don't do it!

What a scam!

Terrible customer service. The products are trash. They look good on the ad, but in reality, they do not perform. Refunds are charged fees. Shipping is not refunded EVEN IF NOTHING HAS SHIPPED.
