I had a horrible experience with Damini who was extremely pushy and argumentative. I booked a lesson with a tutor and then was pushed on to someone else. At the end I was quoted a price much higher than the price listed on the website for the original tutor. All together a poor experience and Damini should not be customer facing at all

The instructor helped me install all the software that I needed for my project and guided me through the foundation of setting up a database in Mongo DB

Lots of variety of tutors for, any kind of subject you need, and comfortably have them help you when you are available.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!! My tutor provided me incorrect answers, and then when I pointed out she was wrong she doubled down and told me I was wrong. This was days before my exam. This completely shook my confidence in what she had taught me as this wasn't one question, this was MANY. Then when I report through the complaints process, the so-called "Customer Success Manager" admitted that the tutor gave me the wrong answers (I have screenshots) but they refuse to do anything about it and tell me I should have known in the first lesson that she wasn't good enough. IF I KNEW THAT WHY WOULD I BE GETTING A TUTOR. Complaints process is as respectful and disgusting as the tutor's behaviour. If I fail this exam I lose my scholarship and they genuinely don't care enough to even refund the lessons, they only refunded the ones I didn't use because the tutor forgot when my exam was and she was busy, so I was unable to use the rest of them. Stay away before you lose your money, time, sanity, and any understanding you had of the topic before signing up with them!!!

It was a great experience. It was a clear and effective communication. The whole session involved not just explaining the lecture but also give some examples which helped me to understand it. He was able to break down complex problems into manageable steps and guide me.
