Great sellection of different styles & prices. I was allowed to order & try wigs to determine the ones that were perfect for me. No hassles with easy returns & quick refunds. I was able to find several very nice wigs that were perfect for me at very reasonable prices.

Prompt delivery and email updates. There were few color choices, so I tried to dye the hairpiece unsuccessfully. If you stock medium cool brown with no gray I might buy another.

My wig arrived quickly but was a bit too small for my head, so I ordered a larger size on 3/26. I’m in Georgia, and on 3/28 my package got lost somewhere in transit. A claim wasn’t submitted to the carrier until April 3, and they said it was missing some information. Now it’s April 9, and that still hasn’t been resolved. No one has offered me a refund or replacement, and the situation remains unaddressed.

UPDATE:

The shipper finally refunded The Wig Outlet. A replacement was received very quickly. It is a great fit, and I get a lot of compliments. Just wish it had more platinum, but keeping just the same.

This is a remarkable honest and reliable company to help you with your hair needs. I am initially always suspicious of doing online business with a company I am unfamiliar with. This has been such a pleasant experience. It is hard enough to go through hair loss as a woman for whatever reason. Very happy to have found a business that is willing to help you and make give your needs a priority. The prices are pretty reasonable too. The first two I tried did not work out...so I have two more coming to try. Returns and refunds were really quick. We live in such a rural area I would have to drive 150 miles away to a wig shop. I feel even with the shipping costs to and from it is still a great help for me. I would definitely recommend this company.

The wig seems to need shampooing from build up on it.
