Had my annual KTM 890r adventure service today,very professional and friendly staff, serviced while I waited ,reasonably priced and altogether a nice environment to have your KTM or any bike serviced ,well done you guys .
Took my bike to them twice for a repair under warranty. Needed a loud rattle fixed - apparently a problem with Benellis. Got the bike back twice and twice it was instantly apparent there had been no repair. Did no one start the engine to check? Second time, bike was covered in dirt as it had been left outside. I’d have wiped it down. I rang as soon as I got the bike home. As requested, I left a message. No one got back to me. A while later I contacted them via their website asking if we could try again to fix the fault. Again, no one got back to me. Staggeringly poor service.
