They are scammers

I felt like i waa robbed by these guys terrible customer services false advert tising DO NOT USE THESE

Hi,
It seems like you misunderstood our offer and thought that you could buy 400GB for 10€ when what we offer for that price is two SIM-cards sent to your home, registration on our web and access to our portal where you can check data usage etc.

The data package is ordered separately.

We have obviously not informed this clearly enough, which we sincerely apologise for.
We have taken measures to make the text more clear to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

However, we always credit any client that is not happy with our services, so to call a company scammers when you have been fully refunded does not make much sense.

On a separate note, if an offer sounds to good to be true (400GB roaming for 10€) its very easy to contact us before making a purchase and we would have explained that we are NOT offering 400GB for 10€ as it would be completely impossible and would lead to a speedy bankruptcy for any company.

Using the data over a year is ideal

Using the data over several months is convenient for visiting a holiday home. Technically it works out of the box and a new purchase starts when needed without interruption. An improvement could be the payment process. When I push the button to pay I get a message, in Swedish, frim which it is not immediately clear that I need to look for an e-mail and pay via the link. During the payment I need to select Klarna to pay with a credit card, which i not Klarna.

The Company you can’t get hold of

The Company you can not get hold of.

We are a couple that is trying to buy a solution from WiFi.SE but need to understand if our mounted antenna can connect to their router. We have been writing to their support, been calling them every day for a week without any luck.

Seems like a company starting to drowning in their own success.

Really unsatisfied

Really unsatisfied. First to many places where it's not working. Second it takes a long time to find a network (17 min for example in Belgium. Last and not least, my card as been activated the 30 of april (control your messages between 24 and 30 of april) and will be unactivated the 24 of mai. I will loose 6 days because WI.FI.SE does not have a correct control over the system. To finish, the system is unfair : I was on the way the 24 but no internet the first 6 days. But most unfair, I'm in holidays till the 2nd june. To have internet the all time I have to buy32 months for 8 days over the first month. Before it was so much better : a smicard for 1 year, to be used in all Europe, including Sweden. So very disappointed.

FAIL! 12-volt adapter till Apple TV

Köpte 12-volt adapter till Apple TV - funkade ej/bristfällig funktion dvs fungerade vara en kort tid.

Hej, adaptern till Apple TV är en fantastisk produkt, men naturligtvis måste den fungera.
Laddade du upp batteriet minst 2 timmar innan du använde det första gången? Det är nämligen ett måste för att produkten ska fungera. Detta behövs endast göras en gång d.v.s första gången den ska börja användas.
